Though I was afraid because I knew I was experimenting in the food industry with a food truck, I am so grateful to my fellow mate who suggested the concept of the food truck. The idea did really work for me due to the menu I selected to serve and because of its low operational costs.
Food trucks are undoubtedly one of the best projects to invest in. The less operational expense and the ability to run it at different locations make it a profitable project. What else one can expect from a business model which has too less expenses and more ways for cash inflow?
It was a great idea to start a food truck as I lost my 5 figure salaried job in the pandemic. It was not a great response in the start as expected but slowly and gradually we made a good sale every day. The best part of a food truck is the mobility, we can change our locations according to the menu and likings of the people.
